At Cavalli Noir, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll make it right — within reason and within policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Must include all original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or engraved pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase

  • Worn or damaged items (not due to a manufacturing defect)

3. Refund Process

3.1 Request a Return

Email us at [support@cavallinoir.com] within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

3.2 Approval & Instructions

If approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3.3 Processing Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or offer a full refund — and cover return shipping.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again

  • Contact your payment provider — it may take time before your refund officially posts
